Problems
Viewing RCC Online Sermon Instructions
If you are having
problems viewing any of RCC's sermon's online then just follow these
instructions below and that should solve the problem.
Download (and run) the Uninstaller:
Then, restart
your computer and install the update:
Also, try a
"cache clear" and "temp file clear" within your browser.
It's just a
spring-cleaning issue.
If you are using
Firefox 3.6 or later, go to Tools and select "Clear Recent History",
and make sure that the tab "Time Range to ClearÓ is set to EVERYTHING.
Then you'll want to select 'Details' and make sure ONLY ÒcacheÓ is selected. Then hit OK.
If you are using,
Internet Explorer 7 or later, select Tools and click on "Delete Browsing
History" and ONLY select the ÒTemporary FilesÓ section to delete.
If you are
running on Mac OSX Safari, select the Safari tab at the upper left side of the
screen and scroll down to ÒEmpty CacheÓ. Select that and you should be good to
go.
The
reason this is happening is because when you play a video, your computer loads
the video ahead of the time (buffering). So when you are watching the first
minute of video the fifth minute may be what is loading. The video is saved to
the temporary Internet files folder; if the folder is full it will only load in
part of the video before it canÕt load any more. When playback catches up to
that point (say the 5th minute) then you can't watch any longer.
I
hope this helps you.
If
this still does not fix your problem please do not hesitate to email me with
any questions.
