Growth Track

The RCC Growth Track exists to supply easy and logical next steps for people who want to know more about RCC and serving at RCC.

The RCC Growth Track consists of 4 Sunday afternoon environments, that are offered one time every month. Each environment is a one time experience that will lead to the next environment.

RCC Growth Track:

This step is a basic introduction to the mission of RCC

                                                          and will help you understand how to partner with RCC

                                                          in ministry. Church 101 is offered on the first Sunday of

This step will help you discover the essential habits

                                                          every believer needs to become a fully devoted follower

                                                          of Jesus Christ. Essentials 201 is offered on the second

                                                          Sunday of the month.

This step will help you discover how God can use your

                                                          personality and gifts together for the best fit in ministry.

                                                          Discovery 301 is offered on the third Sunday of the

                                                          month.

God's Ultimate goal for our life is to make an eternal

                                                          difference in the life of another person. This step will

                                                          help you become part of our Dream Team as you find a

                                                          place to get involved in ministry and outreach. Dream

                                                          Team 401 is offered on the fourth Sunday of the month.
