Our ultimate goal in Switch is for your student to be talking about their faith with a trusted adult and their friends.

We want your student to ATTEND a relevant environment, BELONG to an authentic small group, and SERVE our awesome God.
Switch is here to partner with you as the parent to help your student develop mentally, spiritually, and emotionally, into a fully functioning part of the body of Christ! At RCC, we know that you cannot do this alone. The primary tool we use to partner with you is the Seven Checkpoints, by Andy Stanley and Stuart Hall. These seven checkpoints make up the foundation principles that were developed to be the irreducible minimum every teenager needs to know before they leave the safety of their homes. This school year, we have adult leaders that are passionate about your students. God has put it deep within their hearts to partner with you as parents to make a difference in the life of your student.
